About Us
The North Scott FFA Chapter was chartered on December 8, 1958.
We currently have 187 agriculture students in grades 7th-8th at the Junior High, and 204 members in grades 9th-12th at the High School.
We also provide opportunities for students in Davenport, Bettendorf & Pleasant Valley to enroll in our Ag classes and be involved in our FFA Chapter. If you are interested in enrolling in an Ag class and being involved in FFA, let us know. To look at classes offered and class descriptions for High School students click here. Our Agriculture Department consists of a lab room, teaching room, shop and a greenhouse. We currently have 58 acres of farmland that a group of students from the High School maintains. This creates hands-on learning opportunities for agriculture students.
Recently, the bond passed which allowed the construction of an $18.5 million regional innovation center to begin. Construction is expected to be completed by 2025 and will be accessible to students in the local area.
