North Scott Agricultural Department & FFA

The North Scott Agriculture Department & FFA was started when vocational agricultural was dropped at Bettendorf High School in 1957. The first North Scott Agriculture Advisor was Keith Schmidt in 1958.

North Scott has been fortunate to receive many honors and awards over the years, including many Iowa and American Degrees. But in recent years North Scott Ag Department & FFA has expanded and grown more than ever before.

We currently have two agricultural advisors with 155 junior high members and 130 high school members.
